Electric Infrastructure Security Summit VI, “Whole Community Collaboration”

Powered for Patients’ leaders will take part in the 6^th Annual World Summit on Infrastructure Security taking place July 20 – 21^st at the U.S. Capitol. Dr. Paul Stockton, Powered for Patients’ National Advisor for Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Resilience, is facilitating one of the Summit discussion panels.

The EIS Summit Series is the primary international framework for senior government and industry officials to review and assess power grid security. With its theme of “whole community collaboration,” EISS VI focuses on a unique requirement for recovery from Electromagnetic Pulse and other black sky hazards: Planning, training and ongoing coordination among the full set of lifeline infrastructure owners and operators, and their government and NGO partners for emergency support and response.
